Completion of the Certificate meets the relevant FCA qualification requirements for mortgage advisers. This means that you meet the conditions for mortgage counselling and can demonstrate to your employer and clients that you have acquired the necessary knowledge and skills to support their objectives.
We provide Apprentice training for The Level 3 Certificate in Mortgage Advice from CII (Chartered Insurance Institute) that fulfils the qualification requirements of FCA’s for mortgage advisers. This qualification helps to develop an understanding of the sector as well as the mortgage process and prepares the advisers to meet individual client needs.

Assessment format
Each unit is assessed by a single multiple-choice on-screen examination. Examinations are held weekly at UK and non-UK online examination centres or by distance learning. The qualification is assessed as pass/fail.
