Home » Sustainability Courses » Transforming agricultural and other organic waste to energy
Making use of organic waste from agriculture and food instead of just throwing it away makes sense in rural regions. The methanization process used in large biogas plants will be used to explain how we can downscale the same process to allow households producing their own energy from organic waste.
The text is kept as simple as possible, but in some cases, we included a minimum of theory to be used by those who are interested in further development.
All examples are based on DIY kits enabling an almost immediate practical use of the learned subjects.
The course is for farmers and individuals dealing with agricultural waste.
